Beliefs are powerful things, and limiting beliefs—beliefs that hold us back and keep us from reaching our full potential—are the worst.

But what are limiting beliefs? Well, a lot of people don’t realize that they have them. When you’re feeling down or frustrated and can’t figure out why, it’s likely because of a limiting belief.

Let’s say you don’t think that you’re good at math and science. If someone asks you to help them solve an equation, your subconscious mind will tell you to say no—even if it’s just in the deep recesses of your mind where you can’t hear it.
